WP 3.2 Integration with human GWAS

Task 3.2-1 Identification of orthologous regions of interest (ROIs) within the rat genome.
Task 3.2-2 Determination of priority regions for analysis.

Task 3.2-4 Dissemination of priority regions and associated analysis though the ENSEMBL genome browser.
